Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

Deposits placed with All-Star Steel Structures are non-refundable.
The deposit paid secures:

• Order processing
• Manufacturer scheduling
• Price lock on materials
• Engineering preparation
  
  Once an order is placed and a deposit is processed, no refunds are available.

Price Lock Policy

Deposits placed with All-Star Steel Structures lock in the building price for up to four (4) months from the date of order.

If installation is delayed beyond this time due to:

• Customer request
• Site preparation delays
• Permit delays
• Customer rescheduling additional pricing adjustments may apply.

Deposit Credit Policy

If a customer cancels an order prior to scheduling installation, All-Star Steel Structures may, at its discretion, offer a deposit credit that can be applied to another building order within three
(3) years.

Deposit credits do not guarantee the original pricing beyond the initial 6-month lock period.

Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a deposit payment through a credit card provider, bank, or payment processor after agreeing to these Terms will be considered an improperly filed claim.

Customers agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Chargebacks violate the terms of the purchase agreement
• All-Star Steel Structures may pursue recovery of damages, collection fees, legal costs, and attorney fees resulting from fraudulent disputes.

Site Preparation Requirement

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is properly prepared prior to delivery.

Site preparation includes:

• Level ground or foundation
• Adequate space for installation equipment
• Removal of overhead obstructions
• Identification of underground utilities

If the installation crew arrives and the site is not prepared, a return trip fee may apply.

Permits and Local Requirements

Customers are responsible for determining whether a building permit or additional engineering is required in their area.

All-Star Steel Structures is not responsible for:

• Permit approvals
• HOA restrictions
• Local zoning regulations
  
  Failure to obtain required permits may delay installation or void warranties.

Delivery and Installation Scheduling

All-Star Steel Structures and its installation partners will make a good-faith effort to schedule installation promptly.

However, delays may occur due to:

• Crew availability
• Manufacturer delays

  We are not responsible for damages resulting from installation delays.

Change Orders
